For all other areas, our refrigerated shipping costs start from $16.95 and are calculated at checkout based on your postcode.

At this time, The Right Start Pet Foods ships products to locations within NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, WA & QLD. Additionally, orders over 100kg only, can be picked up for your convenience from our depot located in Rossmore NSW, please contact us to arrange this time & bring proof of purchase (digital or print). Right Start Pet Foods, risk of loss and title for all products ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
No delivery available to P.O Box addresses or Post Office.

Authority to Leave (ATL) Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended when not home to accept delivery, this service becomes acceptable once placing your order via our online store, next delivery as outlined on order or confirmed. If your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the courier The Right Start Pet Foods; will not accept responsibility, no refunds will apply, the associated risk is by the customer. Courier will leave order in the most appropriately safe location if no delivery instructions are left upon placing your order.
Shipping Orders for same week or next week delivery must meet cut off period, every effort will be made to arrange a delivery if cut off is missed; however this can not be guaranteed. All orders must be received/processed no later than 11:59pm Sunday (for same weekly delivery for NSW and ACT, VIC, SA, WA & QLD Metro) this does not apply for pick up orders. Excluding public holidays for delivery and processing.
No Delivery Saturday or Sunday (unless otherwise specified or prearranged)
Deliveries will be shipped by our refrigerated courier partners at the discretion of The Right Start Pet Foods, unless otherwise specified or prearranged. If you are unsure of meeting within the guidelines of Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Adelaide/Perth Metropolitan Area, please call to confirm prior to placing your order. The Right Start Pet Foods, reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered to the Metropolitan Areas. Arrangements can be made direct via email or phone to arrange delivery outside these orders but not via our online store.
Ensure you select the correct shipping charges upon checkout if you do not meet the eligibility of metro delivery, shipping charges will apply with your order pending shipping and placed on hold pending if any additional shipping charge payment. Select local delivery this is a default setting for your areas outside of metro delivery upon address and location.
Tracking Orders An SMS will be sent the evening before offering a tracking number for your Right Start Pet Food goodies with a window of 30+- for the arrival at your doorstep.
Guarantee Delivery Unfortunately unforeseen circumstances are out of our control with the use of a third party courier; therefore no responsibility can be taken if an incident was to arise.
Shipping Bulk Orders are subject to weight shipping charges, to be advised at time of order as online store has a capacity of 100kg weight only.
Cancellations will not be acceptable, as products are made per order; and therefore chosen carefully prior to placing an order via online store. Cancellation fees and charges will apply.
